AMS Staff Leasing (AMS) was founded in 1991 with the mission to provide a cost effective alternative to the traditional employer/employee relationship. AMS has had as much as $1.5 Billion in annual payroll from its client companies and operated in every State in the Union, except the 6 monopolistic states, where only companies from those states can operate. Furthermore, AMS has proudly worked along side actual State representatives in helping to get Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) legitimized in those states and staff leasing services offered to the businesses located there.
AMS Staff Leasing’s rate structures and desired clients have always centered around the construction industry. Carpentry trades, iron/steel erection, roofers and the like have been the bread and butter of AMS since its inception. Long term relationships, both in business and in friendship, has been a driving force behind AMS and their representatives. AMS knows that when the client companies are succeeding in their business goals, then AMS has done its job correctly.
Yet another long standing ideal of AMS Staff Leasing, has been the handling of claims. A common complaint with our client companies has been that traditional insurance markets often ‘roll over’ on claims and simply pay them because it is cheaper and easier than investigating and fighting them. This is not the case at AMS. If an employee has a legitimate claim, AMS makes sure they are taken care of, but if the claim appears to be fraudulent or the client company advises anything to the contrary, that claim is immediately and thoroughly investigated to make sure that the employee is truly hurt and the accident did occur during their working process. There are no exceptions.
